Tentang Mata Kuliah

Mata kuliah ini memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders), pemetaan, dan strategi serta implementasi pengelolaannya, untuk keberlanjutan bisnis/organisasi. Pengelolaan stakeholders menjadi yang menjadi fokus kajian adalah dalam konteks proses bisnis dari hulu ke hilir, serta bagaimana komunikasi berperan sentral dalam membangun dan meningkatkan keterlibatannya (stakholders engagement)

Dosen Pengampu

Dr. Dorien Kartikawangi, M.Si.

Dr. Dorien Kartikawangi, M.Si. is a senior lecturer at the School of Communication Science, Faculty of Business Administration and Communication Sciences, and Master of Psychology, Postgraduate Studies, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, as well as at Postgraduate Program of the Department of Communication Science, University of Indonesia, Jakarta as part time lecturer. Her research focus are in organizational communication, public relations, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and digital communication. She involves in various social organization in the national as well as international level: as Head of Collaboration Departement of the Indonesia Communication Higher Education (ASPIKOM); Vice Chairman in the field of Research and Competence, Indonesian Public Relations Association (PERHUMAS); member of International Public Relations Association (IPRA), and International Communication Association (ICA). Some of her publications in book form include: Fantasy Theme, Business Communication Strategy of Multinational Corporation (2013) and Communication Accomodation for Social Harmony (2015). Dr. Dorien is also actively publish her works in various journals, and involve in various academic as well as professional forum in the national and international level as a speaker. She is also founder of the “House of Kartika Kusuma” which oversees DK Consulting, a Public Library and a Batik Gallery.
